From 4 to 9 October 2025, Brussels Expo will once again host Busworld Europe, the world’s largest and most international B2B exhibition dedicated exclusively to the bus and coach industry. As the only global trade show focusing solely on buses, coaches and their entire supply chain, Busworld Europe brings together vehicle manufacturers, bodybuilders, suppliers, operators, transport authorities and mobility experts from around the world. The 2023 edition welcomed over 40,000 professional visitors and expectations for 2025 are even higher.

The 2025 edition marks a significant expansion: exhibition space has grown from 75,000 to 82,000 square metres. With almost 550 confirmed exhibitors, the show is fully booked — underscoring Busworld’s unmatched relevance as the leading marketplace for vehicle manufacturers, system suppliers, and innovators. From zero-emission drivetrains and autonomous tech to interiors, software and aftersales solutions — every facet of the industry will be represented.

With 85 vehicle manufacturers already confirmed, world premieres will be showcased across all segments: city buses, intercity and long-distance coaches, midibuses, minibuses, VIP and shuttle buses — including autonomous vehicles and all drivetrain types.

CaetanoBus will unveil its first-ever battery-electric coach, Daimler Buses will present the eIntouro and the next-gen NMC4 battery for the eCitaro, and IVECO BUS introduces the eDaily Low Entry Minibus and narrow midibus G-WAY. Many more launches will be revealed.

Busworld Europe also puts strong focus on parts, components and services. Companies like Eberspächer will present innovations in thermal management, such as the AC138 EVO and AC135 units using natural refrigerant propane, alongside their Hydro Control System and cloud-based ‘e-connected’ platform.

New in 2025 is the launch of Busworld Plaza, a digital platform that complements the physical event — not replacing it. It serves as a year-round bridge between editions and a first touchpoint for Busworld’s global network. Get a sneak preview at www.busworldplaza.org.

On 6–7 October, Busworld also hosts a Congress with five key themes: digital mobility, safety, the future of long-distance coach travel, socio-economic foundations of public transport, and public authority system management. Speakers include EU officials, major OEMs like Daimler Buses and ZF, and operators such as Flixbus, RATP and De Lijn. All sessions are included in the Busworld ticket.

On 8–9 October, the ZEB Conference will focus exclusively on the energy transition in collective passenger transport. This event requires a separate ticket.

“It’s not just about the vehicles, the technology or the numbers — it’s about the people. The community we bring together is what defines Busworld,” says Mieke Glorieux, Managing Director of Busworld Europe.
